Wildcats hold off Cornhuskers

Denis Clemente and Dominique Sutton each poured in 21 points Wednesday, as the Kansas Wildcats defeated the Nebraska Cornhuskers 91-87.

The Wildcats were a 14.5-point favorite in the game, but were unable to cover the spread. The combined score went OVER the posted over/under total (135.5).

Jacob Pullen added 18 points for Kansas State and Curtis Kelly had 11 points.

Ryan Anderson led Nebraska with 22 points and Lance Jeter delivered 12 points and 11 assists.
