Cliff Tucker buried a 3-point buzzer beater to give the Maryland Terrapins a 76-74 win over the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets at the Comcast Center Saturday.
Georgia Tech covered as a 7.5-point road underdog while the final score played OVER the 144-point total.
Tucker finished with just eight points while Greivis Vasquez scored 18 points and Eric Hayes added 15.
Derrick Favors led the Yellow Jackets with 21 points and 18 rebounds. Iman Shumpert scored 17 points in the loss.
