Jermaine Beal tossed in 28 points and dished out seven assists to lead the No. 16 Vanderbilt Commodores over the Georgia Bulldogs 96-94 in overtime Thursday night.
Vanderbilt failed to cover the 12-point spread, while the 190 points sailed OVER the posted total of 144.5.
A.J. Ogilvy netted 17 points for Vanderbilt, while Andre Walker also had 17 in the win.
Travis Leslie had 22 points with seven rebounds and five assists in the loss for Georgia.
