Marshall failed to cover the 12.5-point spread, while the combined score sailed OVER the posted total of 136.5.
Chris Lutz netted 25 points in leading Marshall, while Dago Pena added 20 points in the win.
Taylor Young shot 8-for-11 from the field with 23 points for UCF in the loss.
