Alabama upsets South Carolina

Mikhail Torrance went for 17 points, eight assists, and six rebounds to lead Alabama past South Carolina 79-70 on Wednesday night.

Justin Knox added 17 points and seven boards for the Crimson Tide, who got 13 points and 10 rebounds from Tony Mitchell in the win.

Devan Downey scored 23 points for South Carolina, while Ramon Galloway netted 21 points for the Gamecocks.
