James Dews scored a game-high 22 points Sunday, as the Miami Hurricanes defeated the South Carolina Gamecocks 85-70 in the Charleston Classic.
The Hurricanes were a 2-point underdog in the game. The combined score went OVER the posted over/under total (141.5).
Dwayne Collins added 17 points and 15 rebounds doe Miami, while Durand Scott had eight points and 10 rebounds. Devan Downey led South Carolina with 20 points and Ramon Galloway netted 14 points.
