Nevada won the game as a 4-point underdog, while the 157 points made it OVER the posted total of 151.
Luke Babbitt poured in a double-double with 24 points and 11 rebounds for Nevada. Brandon Fields and Armon Johnson had 17 points apiece in the win.
Jerome Jordan collected a double-double with 15 points and 10 rebounds for Tulsa.
