Houston bounces East Carolina

Aubrey Coleman drained 29 points in leading the Houston Cougars to a 93-80 victory over the East Carolina Pirates in the Conference USA tournament Wednesday afternoon.

Houston managed to cover the 12.5-point spread, and the 173 points sailed OVER the posted total of 150.5.

Kelvin Lewis added 15 points for Houston, and Desmond Wade chipped in with 13 in the win.

Brock Young poured in 24 points for East Carolina, and Darrius Morrow had 22 in the loss.
