San Diego State couldn't cover as 10-point favorites, while the teams played OVER the 128-point total set by oddsmakers.
Billy White and Chase Tapley both scored 15 points apiece for the Aztecs, who got 12 points and six boards from Kawhi Leonard in the victory.
Adam Nigon netted 18 points for Colorado State, while Dorian Green dropped 12 points for the Rams.
