Mike Tisdale went for 21 points and seven rebounds to lift Illinois past No. 13 Wisconsin 58-54 in the Big Ten Tournament quarterfinals at Conseco Fieldhouse on Friday.
Illinois cashed as 8-point underdogs, while the teams played UNDER the 120-point total posted by oddsmakers.
Demetri McCamey had 13 points and eight assists for the Fighting Illini, who got 12 points from D.J. Richardson in the win.
Jon Leuer finished with 14 points and seven boards for Wisconsin, while Trevon Hughes had 14 points and five steals for the Badgers.
