The No. 22 Georgetown Hoyas jumped out to an early lead and ran over the South Florida Bulls 69-49 Wednesday afternoon in the second round of the Big East Conference tournament.
Georgetown covered the 7-point spread, while the combined score went UNDER the posted total of 129.5.
Jason Clark led the way with 16 points and six rebounds, while Greg Monroe also netted 16 in the win.
Dominque Jone poured in a game-high 21 points in a losing effort for South Florida.
