The West Virginia Mountaineers held on for a hard-fought 60-58 victory over the Georgetown Hoyas Saturday night in the Big East title game.
West Virginia failed to cover the 2.5-point spread, and the combined score went UNDER the posted total of 132.5.
Da'Sean Butler led West Virginia with 20 points and five rebounds, while Kevin Jones added 12 in the win.
Chris Wright had 20 points and dished out seven assists for Georgetown in the loss.
