John Wall scored 17 points to go with seven rebounds and eight assists Sunday, to lead the Kentucky Wildcats to a 75-74 win over the Mississippi State Bulldogs in overtime in the SEC Tournament final.
The Wildcats were a 7.5-point favorite in the game, but were unable to cover the spread. The combined score went OVER the posted over/under total (135).
Eric Bledsoe netted 18 points for Kentucky and Patrick Patterson had 15 points.
Ravern Johnson led Mississippi State with 20 points and Jarvis Varnado added 18 points and eight rebounds.
