Jon Diebler poured in 23 points to help the Ohio State Buckeyes defeated the Santa Barbara Gauchos 68-51 in the first-round of the NCAA tournament Friday night.
Ohio State failed to cover the 17.5-point spread, while the 119 points went UNDER the posted total of 131.
William Buford added 16 points for Ohio State. Orlando Johnson collected 20 points in a losing effort for Santa Barbara.
