Georgetown blew out Appalachian State on Sunday, running up the score in an 89-60 win at Verizon Center.

Appalachian State got 14 points from Jeremi Booth in a losing cause and another 14 points from Donald Sims. Donald Sims contributed 5 assists for them, while Andre Williamson had 8 rebounds.

Georgetown hit the break leading 41-32 before taking care of business in the second half.

The rebound battle favored Georgetown as they grabbed 35 boards, while Appalachian State only had 27.
