Tulsa Defeats TCU 69-66 - Recap
Justin Hurtt scored 23 points leading Tulsa to a 69-66 victory over TCU at Reynolds Center on Thursday.
Tulsa did not, however, defeat TCU against the spread, which closed at 6.5 at most sportsbooks.
Tulsa got 22 points from Steven Idlet and another 16 points from Scottie Haralson. Bryson Pope contributed 4 assists, while Steven Idlet cleaned the glass with 14 rebounds.
TCU got 19 points from Ronnie Moss in a losing cause and another 12 points from Greg Hill. Ronnie Moss contributed 3 assists for them, while J.R. Cadot had 6 rebounds.
Tulsa won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 46-40.
