Harvard grabbed a 59-50 win over Dartmouth on Saturday, behind a 13-point effort from Laurent Rivard at Lavietes Pavilion.
Harvard did not, however, defeat Dartmouth against the spread, which closed at 18.5 at most sportsbooks.
