Sean Kilpatrick scored 19 points leading Cincinnati to a 71-68 victory over DePaul at Allstate Arena on Tuesday.

DePaul got 20 points from Cleveland Melvin in a losing cause and another 16 points from Brandon Young. Brandon Young contributed 5 assists for them, while Cleveland Melvin had 6 rebounds.

Cincinnati led at halftime, 41-26.
