Recap - Ball State Defeats Toledo 83-62

Toledo was run off the court by Ball State on Tuesday as they blasted them 83-62 at Worthen Arena.

Ball State won and also put money in the pockets of their supporters by covering the 14-point spread as favorites.

Chris Bond had 18 points for Ball State and Jauwan Scaife chipped in with 17 points. Randy Davis had 9 assists for them, while Chris Bond was the team's top rebounder, grabbing 10 boards.

Toledo got 18 points from Reese Holliday in a losing cause and another 13 points from Malcolm Griffin. Anthony Wright contributed 5 assists for them, while Reese Holliday had 10 rebounds.

First-half bettors who backed Ball State were victorious, as the score was 40-32 at the break.

Ball State won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 38-24.
