UNLV grabbed a 68-61 win over Colorado State on Saturday, behind an 18-point effort from Oscar Bellfield at Moby Arena.
UNLV was a 1-point favorite in the win, and managed to turn a profit for their supporters.
Anthony Marshall had 16 points for UNLV and Chace Stanback chipped in with 12 points. Tre'Von Willis had 8 assists for them, while Chace Stanback was the team's top rebounder, grabbing 11 boards.
Colorado State got 19 points from Andy Ogide in a losing cause and another 13 points from Wes Eikmeier. Wes Eikmeier contributed 3 assists for them, while Andy Ogide had 7 rebounds.
UNLV trailed at halftime, 27-22.
UNLV won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 36-32.
