Quincy got 14 points from Courtney Belger en route to a 65-61 victory over Illinois-Chicago on Saturday at UIC Pavilion.

Ricardo Carbajal had 11 points for Quincy and Austin Weber chipped in with 11 points. Justin Brock had 5 assists for them, while Courtney Belger was the team's top rebounder, grabbing 9 boards.

Illinois-Chicago got 17 points from Daniel Barnes in a losing cause and another 13 points from Gary Talton. Gary Talton contributed 4 assists for them, while Darrin Williams had 7 rebounds.

Quincy led at halftime, 35-28.

Illinois-Chicago won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 35-29.
