UAB got 22 points and 17 rebounds from Cameron Moore en route to a 71-59 victory over Troy on Tuesday at Bartow Arena.
UAB did not, however, defeat Troy against the spread, which closed at 14.5 at most sportsbooks.

UAB won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 41-30.
