Texas State Defeats Houston Baptist 103-76 - Recap

Houston Baptist was run off the court by Texas State on Saturday as they blasted them 103-76 at Strahan Coliseum.

Texas State got 23 points from Travis Jones and another 17 points from Eddie Rios. Wesley Davis contributed 6 assists, while Travis Jones cleaned the glass with 11 rebounds.

Houston Baptist got 20 points from Art Bernardi in a losing cause and another 14 points from Ronald March. Anthony Hill contributed 3 assists for them, while Marcus Davis had 6 rebounds.

Texas State led at halftime, 56-30.

Texas State won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 44-29.
