The battle between Kansas and South Florida didnt turn out to be much of a battle at all as South Florida was handed a 70-42 defeat on Saturday at Allen Fieldhouse.
Kansas was a favorite by 16 points and came through with an ATS victory for bettors.
Kansas got 24 points from Tyshawn Taylor and another 14 points from Thomas Robinson. Tyshawn Taylor contributed 5 assists, while Thomas Robinson cleaned the glass with 8 rebounds.
South Florida got 11 points from Augustus Gilchrist in a losing cause and another 8 points from Anthony Collins. Blake Nash contributed 2 assists for them, while Toarlyn Fitzpatrick had 6 rebounds.
Kansas led at halftime, 24-21.
Kansas had a 36-29 advantage in the rebounding department as they won the battle in the paint.
