Virginia cruised to victory on Tuesday, running George Mason out of the gym and running up a 68-48 score at John Paul Jones Arena.

Virginia was a 10.5-point favorite in the win, and managed to turn a profit for their supporters.

Sammy Zeglinski had 18 points for Virginia and Mike Scott chipped in with 11 points. Jontel Evans had 4 assists for them, while Assane Sene was the team's top rebounder, grabbing 5 boards.

George Mason got 9 points from Mike Morrison in a losing cause and another 9 points from Ryan Pearson. Corey Edwards contributed 4 assists for them, while Erik Copes had 6 rebounds.

Virginia led at halftime, 33-22.

The rebound battle favored Virginia as they grabbed 24 boards, while George Mason only had 23.
