The battle between Elon and Lynchburg didnt turn out to be much of a battle at all as Lynchburg was handed a 109-67 defeat on Sunday at Alumni Gym.
Elon got 16 points from Austin Hamilton and another 15 points from Sebastian Koch. Austin Hamilton contributed 5 assists, while Sebastian Koch cleaned the glass with 9 rebounds.
Lynchburg got 14 points from Nate Campbell in a losing cause and another 9 points from Xavier Parham. Xavier Parham contributed 6 assists for them, while Austin Chillemi had 8 rebounds.
Elon led at halftime, 50-39.
Elon won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 47-39.
