Louisville grabbed a 69-62 win over College of Charleston on Tuesday, behind a 17-point effort from Kyle Kuric at KFC Yum! Center.
Louisville did not, however, defeat College of Charleston against the spread, which closed at 17.5 at most sportsbooks.
Louisville got 14 points from Gorgui Dieng and another 12 points from Chane Behanan. Peyton Siva contributed 6 assists, while Gorgui Dieng cleaned the glass with 12 rebounds.
College of Charleston got 23 points from Antwaine Wiggins in a losing cause and another 9 points from Matt Sundberg. Andrew Lawrence contributed 7 assists for them, while Matt Sundberg had 9 rebounds.
Louisville hit the break trailing 37-33 before taking care of business in the second half.
The rebound battle favored Louisville as they grabbed 41 boards, while College of Charleston only had 34.
