Big Ten Tournament - Recap - Michigan Defeats Minnesota 73-69

Minnesota was burned for 30 points by Trey Burke on Friday as Michigan picked up a 73-69 win at Bankers Life Fieldhouse.

Michigan earned a straight-up victory but suffered an ATS defeat in failing to cover the 5.5-point spread.

Michigan got 20 points from Tim Hardaway Jr. and another 7 points from Jordan Morgan. Trey Burke contributed 3 assists, while Tim Hardaway Jr. cleaned the glass with 5 rebounds.

Minnesota got a 21-point performance from Andre Hollins, who was supported by 20 points from Rodney Williams. Andre Hollins had 6 assists in a losing cause for Minnesota, while Elliott Eliason grabbed 9 rebounds.

Michigan trailed at halftime, 23-20.

Minnesota won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 37-25.
