Pittsburgh grabbed an 81-63 win over Wofford on Wednesday, behind a 16-point effort from Tray Woodall at Petersen Events Center.
Pittsburgh won and also put money in the pockets of their supporters by covering the 12-point spread as favorites.
J.J. Moore had 16 points for Pittsburgh and Lamar Patterson chipped in with 13 points. Tray Woodall had 9 assists for them, while Nasir Robinson was the team's top rebounder, grabbing 11 boards.
Wofford got 16 points from Drew Crowell in a losing cause and another 15 points from Brad Loesing. Brad Loesing contributed 9 assists for them, while Lee Skinner had 12 rebounds.
Pittsburgh hit the break leading 42-23 before taking care of business in the second half.
Wofford won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 35-32.
