Lehigh got 17 points from Gabe Knutson and another 8 points from Holden Greiner. Mackey McKnight contributed 7 assists, while C.J. McCollum cleaned the glass with 9 rebounds.
Quinnipiac got 16 points from Garvey Young in a losing cause and another 13 points from Ike Azotam. Shaq Shannon contributed 7 assists for them, while Ike Azotam had 13 rebounds.
Lehigh led at halftime, 33-30.
Quinnipiac had a 40-32 advantage in the rebounding department as they won the battle in the paint.
