Eskimos win thriller over Stamps

The Edmonton Eskimos scored a touchdown with under a minute remaining to come-from-behind in the fourth quarter and defeat the Calgary Stampeders 38-35 Thursday night at Commonwealth Stadium.

Edmonton managed to cover the 2-point spread, and the combined score sailed OVER the posted total of 57.5.

Ricky Ray completed 28-of-37 for 342 yards and three touchdowns for the Eskimos, and Fred Stamps had two TD receptions in the win.

Henry Burris threw for 479 yards and three touchdowns in a losing effort for the 3-4 Stampeders.
