Alouettes rally past Bombers
Anthony Calvillo threw five TD passes and the Montreal Alouettes came-from-behind to defeat the Winnipeg Blue Bombers 44-40 Friday night.
The Alouettes failed to cover the 5-point spread, while the 84 points sailed OVER the posted over/under (53.5) set by oddsmakers.
Calvillo completed 36-of-54 for 477 yards for the Alouettes, and Brian Bratton had two touchdowns with 128 yards receiving in the win.
Steven Jyles went for 328 yards with four touchdowns in a losing effort for the Blue Bombers, who led late in the fourth quarter.
