Tigers stop Cyclones in OT
Adam Crossett kicked a 27-yard field in overtime to give the Missouri Tigers a 27-24 win over the Iowa State Cyclones on Saturday.
The Tigers were listed as 6.5-point favorites in this one but came up short to cover the spread. The game’s combined 51 points fell UNDER the posted total (57).
Chase Daniel threw for 185 yards and tossed a touchdown to Sean Coffey in the win. William Moore returned an interception 62 yards for a TD and Xzavie Jackson returned a fumble recovery for a 19-yard TD for the Tigers.
Ryan Kock had three touchdowns on the ground for the Cyclones in the loss.
