Smith carries Tigers over Bears

Brad Smith ran for 164 yards and three touchdowns Saturday as the Missouri Tigers got past the Baylor Bears by a final score of 31-16.

The Bears managed to cover the 10-point spread at home in this contest. The day’s combined score fell just UNDER the posted total (48).

Smith went 9-of-23 for 73 yards in the win, and was intercepted once. Marcus King returned an interception for a Missouri touchdown.

For the Bears, Shawn Bell completed 16-of-27 pass attempts for 206 yards and two touchdowns. Bell found both Carl Sims and Dominique Zeigler in the end zone.
