Daniel fires Tigers to victory
Chase Daniel threw for 262 yards and four touchdowns as No.24 Missouri manhandled Kansas State 41-21 at Faurot Field on Saturday.
The Tigers coverd the 14.5-point spread at home, and the 62 points scored were OVER the posted total of 44.5.
Daniel was 24-for-31 in the game with no interceptions, and Chase Coffman led a balanced Tiger attack with six receptions for 74 yards and a score for Missouri.
Josh Freeman could not get into a rhythm, going 5-for-19 for 62 yards and two interceptions, while James Johnson rushed 20 times for 125 yards and a major for the Wildcats.
