Cowboys use fast start to beat Utes

Wyoming scored the first 31 points of the game, and held on for a 31-15 victory over the Utah Utes at War Memorial Stadium on Saturday.

The Cowboys were 3-point underdogs to win this game at home, while the 46 combined points were UNDER the posted total of 40.

Karsten Sween led the Cowboys by going 17-for-25 for 203 yards and a touchdown, while Michael Ford would catch five passes for 93 yards and a major for the Cowboys.

Brett Ratliff struggled on Saturday, throwing for 118 yards, one touchdown, and two interceptions en route to a 16-for-31 day. Derrek Richards had seven catches for 57 yards and a score for the Utes.
