The Nebraska Cornhuskers defense was solid in not allowing a TD, as they went on to defeat the Kansas State Wildcats 17-3 Saturday night.
Nebraska could not cover the 16.5-point spread, while the 20 points went UNDER the posted total of 45.
Roy Helu carried the ball 95 yards with a TD for Nebraska. Josh Cherry kicked a 44-yard field goal for the only Kansas State points.
