Donovan wins first Wisconsin start
Tyler Donovan, in his first start for the injured John Stocco, went 17-for-24 for 228 yards and two touchdowns as No.16 Wisconsin edged Iowa 24-21 at Kinnick Stadium on Saturday.
The Badgers covered the 2-point spread away from home, and the 45 points scored were OVER the posted total of 37.5.
Luke Swan had four catches for 113 yards and a touchdown, while P.J. Hill Jr. had 28 carries for 77 yards and a score for the Badgers.
Drew Tate threw three touchdowns and one interception, but went 10-for-31 for 170 yards. Damien Sims had seven attempts for 53 yards on the ground for the Hawkeyes.
