Tigers Fall 35-17 Against East Carolina - Game Recap

Artaves Gibson rushed for 65 yards for Memphis, while Joe Price added 10 yards. Skylar Jones threw for 124 yards for the Tigers, while receivers Curtis Johnson and Joe Price had 81 and 49 yards respectively.
Memphis was outgained by East Carolina 524-233 yards in Saturday's match, while the important battle of first downs was won 24-13 by the Pirates.
The time of possession battle favored East Carolina as their offense was on the field for 32:33, longer than the 27:27 of their opponents.
East Carolina looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against Navy. Memphis will aim to get back on the winning track at Tulane.
