Badgers upset Illini

Dustin Sherer led the Wisconsin Badgers back from a 17-point deficit to beat the Illinois Fighting Illini 27-17 on Saturday afternoon.

The Badgers covered the 2.5-point spread, while the final score played UNDER the day's posted total of 54.

Sherer threw for two TD passes including one near the end of the fourth to seal the upset.

Juice Williams threw for two touchdowns but had three interceptions that proved to be costly.
