Nittany Lions shut down Hawkeyes

The Penn State Nittany Lions held Iowa to 195 yards in Week 6, as they humbled the Hawkeyes 27-7 at Beaver Stadium.

The Nittany Lions covered the 8.5-point home spread, and the 34 points scored were UNDER the posted total of 39.5.

Anthony Morelli went 18-for-31 for 233 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions, and Rodney Kinlaw added 168 yards and two majors on 28 carries for the Nittany Lions.

Jake Christensen was 16-for-29 for 147 yards and a touchdown, while Trey Stross had five catches for 69 yards and a score for the Hawkeyes.
