Penn State downs Syracuse
The Penn State Nittany Lions scored a touchdown in each quarter and were never really tested as they defeated the Syracuse Orange 28-7 on Saturday afternoon.
The Lions failed to cover the 29-point spread, while the final score played UNDER the day's posted total of 51.
Daryll Clark threw for three touchdowns, 239 yards and one interception in the win.
Greg Paulus had one touchdown pass late in the fourth quarter to go with two interceptions.
