Volunteers shut down Kentucky
Erik Ainge completed 15-of-23 passes for 176 yards and two touchdowns to lead the Tennessee Volunteers to a 27-8 win over the Kentucky Wildcats on Saturday afternoon.

Chris Hannon and Robert Meachem had a touchdown catch each for the Volunteers, and Justin Harrell returned an interception for a TD in the victory.
Curtis Pulley threw for 205 yards and was picked off three times in the loss. Sean Murphy kicked two field goals for the Wildcats.
