Wildcats edge Bulldogs in upset
Tony Dixon's three-yard touchdown run with 1:21 left on the clock gave Kentucky a 24-20 upset of the Georgia Bulldogs at Commonwealth Stadium on Saturday.
The Wildcats were 7-point underdogs to win at home, and the 44 points scored were UNDER the posted total of 49.5.
Andre Woodson was 23-for-32 for 205 yards, two touchdowns, and two interceptions, while Keenan Burton caught seven balls for 73 yards and two scores for the Wildcats.
Matthew Stafford's three intercpetions hurt the Bulldogs' chances, as he went 16-for-28 for 229 yards and a touchdown as well. Kregg Lumpkin ran 13 times for 83 yards for the Bulldogs.
