Wolverines devour Boilermakers
Mario Manningham caught two touchdown passes Saturday, as the Michigan Wolverines cruised to a 48-21 win over the Purdue Boilermakers at Michigan Stadium.
Michigan easily covered the 5-point spread at home, and the 69 points sailed OVER the posted total of 56.5.
Manningham racked up 147 yards off eight catches for the Wolverines, and Chad Henne completed 21-of-28 passes for 264 yards and two touchdowns.
Curtis Painter was good on 17-of-28 pass attempts for 113 yards with two picks, and Joey Elliot completed 12 passes for 140 yards with a TD in the loss.
