Wildcats leave it until late against Cowboys
Josh Freeman ran it in from 21 yards to cap an amazing 31-27 comeback by Kansas State over Oklahoma State at KSU Stadium on Saturday.
The Wildcats won as 3-point underdogs at home, and the 58 points scored were OVER the posted total of 44.
Freeman was 10-for-15 for 177 yards, and rushed for the game-winning touchdown, and Leon Patton had 151 rushing yards and a score on 21 carries for the Wildcats.
Bobby Reid went 14-for-22 for 136 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception, and Keith Toston gained 109 yards and a major on the ground for the Cowboys.
