Wildcats upset Longhorns
The Kansas State Wildcats upset the No. 4 Texas Longhorns on a Jeff Snodgrass field goal that preserved a 45-42 win Saturday.
Kansas State won the game as a 16-point home dog and the combined score sailed OVER the posted total of 49.5.
Josh Freeman passed for 266 yards with three touchdowns, while completing 19-of-31 with one interception. Freeman also carried the ball seven times and had one score off the ground in the win.
Jamaal Charles rushed for two touchdowns in the loss, carrying the ball 16 times for 87 yards as Texas loses for just the second time this season.
