Recap - Redskins Defeat Philadelphia 31-6

The Redskins got a 4-TD performance from Robert Griffin III as Washington handed Philadelphia a 31-6 defeat on Sunday at FedExField.

The Redskins were a 3.5-point favorite in the win, and managed to turn a profit for their supporters. The combined score dipped UNDER the total, which closed at 45.5.

Robert Griffin III rushed for 84 yards, while Alfred Morris added 76 yards in the win. Santana Moss and Aldrick Robinson added 61 and 49 receiving yards respectively.

LeSean McCoy rushed for 45 yards for Philadelphia, while Bryce Brown added 35 yards. Nick Foles threw for 204 yards for the Eagles, while receivers LeSean McCoy and Riley Cooper had 67 and 61 yards respectively.

Philadelphia lost the offensive yardage battle to Washington 361-257 yards in Sunday's game. Philadelphia had more first downs as that total ended up 16-15.

The time of possession battle favored Philadelphia as their offense was on the field for 31:24, longer than the 28:36 of their opponents.

Next game, Washington takes its act on the road to face Dallas looking for another win. For Philadelphia, they head home to face Carolina.
