Packers Fall 38-10 Against New York - Game Recap

Eli Manning scorched the Packers defense for 3 TDs as New York defeated Green Bay 38-10 on Sunday at MetLife Stadium.

New York won and also put money in the pockets of their supporters by covering the 2.5-point spread as favorites. Totals bettors, meanwhile, saw the game go UNDER the closing number of 50.5.

Andre Brown rushed for 64 yards, while Ahmad Bradshaw added 58 yards in the win. Hakeem Nicks and Ahmad Bradshaw added 77 and 61 receiving yards respectively.

James Starks rushed for 35 yards for Green Bay, while Alex Green added 30 yards. Aaron Rodgers threw for 219 yards for the Packers, while receivers Jordy Nelson and Jermichael Finley had 71 and 51 yards respectively.

Green Bay was outgained by New York 390-317 yards in Sunday's match, while the important battle of first downs was won 23-16 by the Giants.

Green Bay lost the time of possession battle 31:13/28:47, leaving their defense on the field more than they wanted.

Next game, New York takes its act on the road to face Washington looking for another win. For Green Bay, they head home to face Minnesota.
