Cincinnati Defeats Philadelphia 34-13 - Recap

BenJarvus Green-Ellis tore up the turf for 106 rushing yards on Thursday to lead the Bengals to a 34-13 win over the Eagles at Lincoln Financial Field.

The Bengals were a 5-point favorite in the win, and managed to turn a profit for their supporters. The combined score went OVER the total, which closed at 45.5.

Andy Dalton completed 13 of 27 pass attempts for 127 yards and 1 TD for the Bengals in the win. He did not throw an interception in the game.

Bryce Brown rushed for 34 yards for Philadelphia, while Nick Foles added 5 yards. Nick Foles threw for 182 yards for the Eagles, while receivers Jeremy Maclin and Jason Avant had 73 and 44 yards respectively.

Philadelphia was outgained by Cincinnati 249-221 yards in Thursday's match, while the important battle of first downs was won 18-10 by the Bengals.

Philadelphia lost the time of possession battle 37:40/22:20, leaving their defense on the field more than they wanted.

Cincinnati looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the Steelers. The Eagles will aim to get back on the winning track vs Washington.
